No strings and I get a FREE gift?!?

Hello my friends - good day to you!  Can you believe we are getting to the end of March?!?!  Time flies when you are having fun.  :)

So I have some exciting news for you.  Have you ever wondered what we do at my Krumm Cake meetings?  What are Krumm Cake meetings you ask?  Well - they are FUN THAT CANNOT BE MISSED!!!!  This is where my team of stampers, gets together at my house, we stamp, talk, laugh and have some treats!  Have you ever wanted the attention of multiple stamping experts in one room?  Now do I have your attention?

Excited

Well this is your chance to see, no strings attached.  :)  Typically you need to be part of my team to attend.  Anyone who replies to my blog message, or on my Facebook page will be entered into a drawing to be a "Honorary Krumm Cake for one day"!  What does that get you?  We have a meeting this Saturday, March 25th where I will have some giveaways, (like I typically do) we will have a couple of projects to make (hello!  We love to stamp!) and fun had by all!  You will receive some goodies in a very special bag too!  Cool right?  And just for fun, to get the full experience of being a Krumm Cake, I will let you use my discount the day of the meeting to order ANY current supplies you would like (remember you are paying the bill though).  I am pretty sure I just heard a couple of people faint on that one.  LOL

So you know what to do, so I will let you get to it.  I will draw Thursday evening so the winner has time to get ready for Saturday.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  I can't wait to see who the lucky person is!

Until next time!

What happened to Deseree? :)

Ouch, it has been awhile my friends, sorry about that but here I am so let's see what I have been up to!

I cannot believe we are almost to the end of Saleabration 2017!  Did you get your favorites?  :)  I know I have stalked up on some pretty paper and LOVE the Avant Garden stamp set so stay tuned this week - I have more to share.

I have a cute and easy St Patty's day treat that you are sure to love - Take a look!

St pattys

Sometimes it is so fun to surprise a friend with a little treat.  We have made quite a few of these at class these past months and thought I would share measurements so you can make more on your own!  I found this box by a very talented crafter, Georgia Giguere, and knew I had to make one and have done this in several versions.  Here is a direct link to her directions, she did a video to help:

If you don't want to take the time to watch the video, here are some quick measurements to get you going:

Those that are left-handed will appreciate the natural downslope of my writing.  LOL  As you can see, you will cut up to the 1 inch score you did on the short side, and the rest is folding. (don't forget to cut out the small rectangle in the bottom corner)  If you are unsure of the construction, check out Georgia's video - she did it beautifully.  Let me show you some more versions of this box:

Bags for blog

I just love them and SO easy!  The combination featured above is made with the Cupcakes & Carousels Designer Series Paper and the matching Embellishments.  This is one of the best things Stampin Up offers -all the products are made to coordinate perfectly.  How cool is that?!?!

I would love to see what you come up with, so please share!

Until next time :)

Welcome to 2017!

Hello my friends...who is ready to start stampin again?  :)  I know I have been busy in my room, playing with all of the wonderful products in the new Occasions Catalog starting January 4th!  Have you seen it yet?  If not, here is what the cover looks like:

Oh this book is trouble my friends!  Those that follow me on Facebook will know I gave away my personal favorite before you could even buy it!  Here is a picture of that set:

First, I love the sediments but then fell in love with the graphics!  This set will be a must for all, and water coloring with this set is so much fun!  Did you know watercolor pencils are being offered again from SU?  Yes, and the colors are so much better!  You will have a chance to use these gorgeous pencils at my classes this weekend.  Speaking of class...how about a sneak peek?

Dragonflies

Aren't these just so pretty?!?  We had our family Christmas this past weekend so my brother and I sat down and had some fun with the new dragonfly stamp set and thinlits.  Before I get into the details, I have to share a few photos of my crazy family:

They are cheesy but life would not be as great without them.  :)  Ok, back to the cards.....this new set is called Dragonfly Dreams (142924) which also has matching thinlits called Detailed Dragonfly. (142749)  You are going to love this and the sediments....WOW!!!!!  And the paper, did you see that Designer Series Paper?!?!  This paper is part of a new pack called Falling in Love (142788) - yes, I am loving it!!!  LOL  So what could be better than this....how about a bundle price for both!  Yes, you can get both for under $50!!!  That is a steal when you consider the stamp set has 10 pieces and the thinlits feature 5 thinlits, 4 are different sized dragonflies alone!  If you have not received your new catalog yet, please let me know and I would be more than happy to get one to you.  Don't forget, Sale a Bration also starts and who doesn't love free stampin goodies?!?!?  Stay tuned and hope to see you soon!
